Grandma Dixie Earl and Grandpa Jonnie Sims

My name is TJ and I am in the fourth grade at Dudley Elementary School in Battle Creek, MI. I have grandma Dixie and grandpa Jonnie. I like my grandma Dixie because she is a great influence to kids. My grandma Dixie has helped me through kindergarten, first and second grade. I still see my grandma Dixie all the time in school and at the store. My grandma Dixie is always there when I am mad or upset. I like the hugs grandma Dixie gives me to make me feel better. Grandma Dixie helped me with lots of school work which has made me really smart!! My grandma Dixie is really funny and makes me laugh. I sent my grandma Dixie flowers on her birthday because I love her and it was her turn to get something nice to make her smile!!! My grandpa Jonnie is new. I like grandpa Jonnie because he helps me when I struggle with school work. Grandpa Jonnie takes the loud kids and makes them quiet so I can work! When there is someone bugging me or shoving on me grandpa Jonnie tells them to leave me alone! Grandpa tells me stories like the one about the Chinese Cinderella! Grandpa goes on field trips with us too! He went to the farm with us every Monday and helped us pick vegetables. Sincerely TJ Thacker 4th grade Dudley Elementary
