Foster Grandparents - Isabella County

Foster Grandma, Linda Seger, from the Isabella County Foster Grandparent Program, uses her creativity as she serves at Shepherd Elementary. In addition to working with the students, Linda designed and decorated the doors in the Kindergarten Classroom where she serves. Linda partnered with Mrs. Morrison to have the students do learning activities while decorating cut out eggs and flowers which were included on the doors. Linda really enjoyed decorating the doors with the teacher. Mrs. Morrison says “Linda is a great help in keeping things organized and helping students as needed. Linda works hard and the children love her!” Grandma Linda says that being a Foster Grandma is very rewarding knowing that I am making a difference in children’s lives.
