Stories of Service

Marie Phillips and Mable Kovach are sisters who are always willing to help in any way they may be needed. Marie has been with the Senior Companion program since November 2006 and Mable joined us in July 2006. They volunteer at Mid-Michigan Industries in Clare County. Marie was the recipient of The United Way volunteer of the month, for Clare County, in May of 2007. Mable has made it possible for the individuals she serves to learn how to use a computer. They both go above and beyond their volunteer responsibilities. We are proud to have both of them serving in our Senior Companion Program. Keep up the GREAT work ladies.
